Arrival in Puerto Maldonado – Kayaking, Canopy Walkway, Zipline, and Monkey Island
Your adventure begins with a one-hour motorboat ride to the Tambopata Nature Reserve, where you’ll arrive at the lodge and settle into your private room. Once ready, embark on an exciting kayaking activity on the Tambopata River. Equipped with high-quality life jackets and accompanied by a motorboat for added safety, this relaxing activity is perfect for all skill levels.
After kayaking, visit Monkey Island, where a playful family of Capuchin monkeys eagerly awaits visitors with fruit offerings and cameras in hand.
Before lunch, ascend a steep canopy bridge to explore the treetops, observing colorful birds in their natural habitat. Continue the thrill with a zipline adventure spanning over 200 meters through the Amazon canopy.
Enjoy a delicious lunch back at the lodge, followed by time to relax by the pool or admire the Amazonian sunset. As night falls, join an alligator search along the riverbanks or take part in a guided night walk, depending on weather conditions.
