Then we arrive at Urubamba to later arrive at Ollantaytambo, where we will make a small stop to know this beautiful town. At 10:00 a.m., approximately we will reach our destination, the community of Huilloc.

Welcome to the community of Huilloc; the inhabitants will give us a very warm welcome with music, dances, and their typical costumes, then we will be given some typical costumes, and we will dress as the residents of Huilloc.
Accommodation in the rooms of the families of Huilloc and we prepare for our activities in Huilloc.

At the appropriate time, we will have a typical lunch, and delicious lunch awaits us; it can be a Cuy to the firewood accompanied by the natural products of the community or some other dish prior to coordination with the agency.

Activity 2 “Demonstration of agriculture”: This activity allows us to see first-hand the ancestral activities and techniques carried out by the people of Huilloc in their farms (farmland); we can also see their tools and even be part of these activities.

Later we can take a tour of the town and graze around the village of Huilloc and return home with sheeps, roof racks, and llamas.
Dinner time, a delicious typical dinner of the community of Huilloc.

Campfire at night with stories myths that the family will tell you.

Rest in our rooms.

Day 2: Huilloc - Aguas Calientes.

Celebrate the elaboration of Huilloc clothing by learning the traditional techniques of weaving art, from the process of dyeing with natural colors to the culmination of the garment.

Understand the distinctive features of each suit worn by children, youth and adults. Learn to interpret the meaning and importance of its iconography.

You will also have the opportunity to acquire a beautiful and authentic garment from Huilloc as a way to contribute to the identity of these Inka people and their artisans.

After our delicious lunch, we will have a farewell to the family, to then take our transport to Ollantaytambo where we will take our train to the town of Aguas Calientes for 2 hours which is close to Machu Picchu.

Day 3: Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu - Cusco.

Today we will visit Machu Picchu. We will visit the famous sacred city of the Incas, the precious stone city of Inca development. With your tour guide, you will decide the best time to start your day. Many people want to ascend at 4 a.m. walk to the transport station to take one of the main transports to Machu Picchu.

It can be nice to get to the base in the vestiges when they open, at 6 a.m., to obtain the supernatural mists in the remains when the sun rises. After a 25-minute bus to Machu Picchu, your tour guide will take you to the best prospects before hikers arrive. At that point, we will begin the guided tour of two hours, investigating most of the renowned places of this great bastion: the Temple of the Sun, the Royal Tomb, the Intiwatana, the Main Square, and the Temple of the 3 Windows. The Artisan Sector, the Temple of the Condor, and many others.

After the visit, you will have a schedule to explore the remains on your own. If you have booked an extra hike to ascend the mountain Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu, you will go to that hike. On the off chance that you have decided not to book an extra hike, you can go to the sun gate and witness its impressive prospects.

Around 2:30 or 3 p.m., you must take the transport to Aguas Calientes to have lunch in one of the numerous restaurants that are there. Make sure you get to the train station 30 minutes early. Can I store my luggage at your office?

Of course! During the tour to Machu Picchu, your main luggage can be stored in our office or at your hotel. Both of them are free.

Can I change departure date after the Confirmation of the tour?

Usually, it is not accepted since the permits, and the train tickets are not allowed to change the date or transfer to another name.

Do I need to bring my original passport?

Yes! You must bring your original passport, which must be the same one you sent us at the booking time. Your passport will be checked at Machu Picchu checkpoint and when you board the train.

Updating passport numbers: If you are renewing your passport, go ahead and email us a copy of your old passport to book your Machu Picchu ticket. If you no longer have your old passport, any government issue ID will be accepted, as long as the name is the same. For this reason, we recommend that you make your reservation as far in advance recommendable 2 or 3 months in advance.

What are the differences between the Expedition and Vistadome categories of the train?

The Expedition and Vistadome categories offer comfortable leather seats and include a snack and hot or cold drink per person.
