Tour type

Embark on a journey like no other with our 5-Day Choquequirao Trek, meticulously designed to offer a distinct route that stands out from the classic treks. Unlike traditional routes that circle back to their starting point, our trek concludes at a different location, providing trekkers with a more expansive view of the Andes and its hidden gems. Experience the grandeur of Choquequirao, often dubbed Machu Picchu’s ‘sister city’, as you traverse through a tapestry of landscapes, from lush forests to awe-inspiring canyons, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Apurimac Valley.

The 5-Day Choquequirao Trek is not just about the destination but also about the journey itself. While hiking paths once walked by Incan royalty, our expert guides will immerse you in tales and mysteries of the vast Choquequirao complex. This unique, lesser-traveled route offers both adventure and a deep dive into ancient Incan heritage, ensuring an unforgettable experience for those seeking to explore off the beaten path.

Please Note:

During the dry season (May – October), our 5-Day Choquequirao Trek follows its main path. However, due to safety concerns like landslides in the rainy season, we switch to a safer, classic route. Regardless of the season, you’ll always enjoy a complete 5-day experience.
